Privacy Policy

When you use Prompt Battle we may collect the following information:

• Account details — display name, email address (if you sign in), and team name.
• Game participation data — prompts submitted, votes cast, round results, and scores.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of the transaction but never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing address.

• Operate and administer live Prompt Battle games.
• Process payments for entry fees and prizes.
• Improve the platform — we analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to make the experience better.
• Communicate important updates about your account or upcoming events.

Prompts you write during a game are sent to third-party AI image providers (currently Google Gemini; providers may change over time) to generate images in real time. These prompts are transmitted solely for the purpose of image generation. We do not use your prompts to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI model. Please review each provider's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data received through their APIs.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store transaction records — including amounts, game IDs, and timestamps — so we can reconcile payouts and resolve disputes. We do not store payment credentials of any kind on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• AI image providers — your prompts are sent for image generation during games.
• Analytics tools — aggregated, anonymised usage data to help us understand how the platform is used.

• Game data (prompts, images, scores) is retained for 90 days after a game ends and then permanently deleted.
• Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request its deletion. To exercise either right, email us at info@promptbattle.exe.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies — primarily a session cookie to keep you authenticated while you play. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or serve targeted advertising.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
